The Revolution name, Contract Engine™, and all related branding are trademarks of Revolution ERP Ltd.

4.2 Your Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose, subject to these terms.

4.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, files, or content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide our services to you.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

6. Scope of Demo, Trial, and Evaluation Access

These terms apply to any demonstration, trial, pilot, beta, proof of concept, sandbox, prototype, workshop, evaluation access, or preview of Revolution ERP. They apply unless replaced by a signed commercial agreement.

6.1 Purpose

Demo and trial access is provided solely for:

• Evaluation of platform capabilities and suitability
• Testing and familiarization with features
• Assessment for potential commercial use
• Internal demonstration to stakeholders

6.2 Restrictions

Demo and trial access is NOT for:

• Production use or live commercial projects
• Processing of sensitive, confidential, or production data
• Training purposes beyond initial evaluation
• Competitive analysis or benchmarking

7. Demo Duration and Termination

7.1 Duration

Demo and trial access is provided for a limited period as specified during registration or as communicated by Revolution ERP Ltd. This period may be extended at our sole discretion.

7.2 Termination

We may suspend or terminate demo access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Expiration of the evaluation period
• Violation of these terms
• Misuse or abuse of the platform
• Transition to a commercial agreement

7.3 Data Upon Termination

Upon termination of demo access, we may delete any data you have uploaded. It is your responsibility to export or backup any data you wish to retain before the demo period ends.

8. Demo and Trial Disclaimers

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• Availability, uptime, or reliability of demo environments
• Accuracy, completeness, or suitability of features
• Compatibility with your specific requirements
• Data integrity or backup during evaluation
• Support response times or issue resolution

8.1 No SLA for Demos

No Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies to demo or trial access. We provide demo access on a best-efforts basis with no guaranteed uptime or support.

9. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

9.1 Confidential Information

During demo access, you may be exposed to confidential information about our platform, features, methodologies, and future plans. You agree to:

• Keep all such information confidential
• Not disclose it to third parties without our written consent
• Use it only for evaluation purposes
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary methods

9.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide regarding the demo are non-confidential and we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

10. General Disclaimers and Warranties

We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content or results

10.1 No Professional Advice

Our platform provides tools and information but does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, construction, or otherwise). You should consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Exclusions

We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Indirect or consequential losses

11.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
